济南市财税局提醒您：公司在济南注册登记的条件很多，包括股东、监事、董事、公司名称的确定、经营范围的核定、注册资本的对价、取得相应的注册地址、公司章程等，法定代表人等。
1监督人
公司章程规定，公司设立时，可以设监事会（设一名以上监事），也可以不设监事会，但仍设一名监事。一人有限公司。股东不得担任监事；有两个以上股东的，其中一个可以担任监事。公司登记时，应当提交监事的身份证明原件。
2公司股东
新的《中华人民共和国公司法》规定，在济南注册的公司，必须有一名股东（投资者）。一名股东出资设立的公司属于一人有限公司，也可以由两名以上股东向济南注册公司投资。公司登记时，应当提交股东身份证明原件。
三。公司名称
